Top Jailbreak Developer Pod2G Starts #weWantAnOpenIOS trend

Over the last few weeks, we have been receiving constant messages asking for us to clarify when the next jailbreak will be released, but the answer is not that straight forward. To start off, the last few weeks have been rather quiet in regards to the developers other than the sad news that the new upcoming version of iOS 6.1 has even greater security. It appears that the hackers are struggling with the new version of iOS and there is no clear path ready to be taken.
Today, One of the top jailbreakers @pod2G [interview] started a trend on Twitter to try to get Apple’s attention. The hashtag #weWantAnOpenIOS was a sign that he was tired of his work and wanted Apple to give further access to the device in the next version. The hashtag made its way to the top of twitter worldwide bu there’s no saying Apple acknowledged it, or is willing to consider.
