The rumors of a budget iPhone 5 keep piling in with new parts, what the parts will be made of, and more. Some sites are reporting that the next generation iPhone 5S will have two models. One being the standard full-fledged, latest and greatest from Apple, and then a rumored option is a budget iPhone 5 with reduced specifications. The low-cost version will feature a 4-inch, 1,136 by 640 pixel Retina Display with Lightning charging. Many are reporting it will still rock Gorilla Glass, but the body will be constructed of a sturdy plastic. The bottom portion of the phone will resemble the current iPod Touch 5th generation.
The volume buttons would adopt the elongated pill shape instead of the circular design present since the iPhone 4. The back of the budget device would feature a camera, flash, microphone, and everything else identical on the current iPod Touch 5th generation. The question remains, will multiple colors be present, or will Apple stick with the classy Slate and White? This phone is mainly aimed at the Chinese cellphone market, in which is thriving!
