Today, the popular jailbreak companion, Tiny Umbrella, was updated to work with iOS 6.0.1 and the iPad mini. If you don’t already know, Tiny Umbrella helps save SHSH blobs which firmware specific and required to downgrade a device to a iOS version after Apple stop supporting it. Keep in mind that currently you can only downgrade A4 devices (iPod Touch 4, iPhone 4/3GS) as they are the only ones with a current exploit. Keep in mind that Jailbreaking your device and opening Cydia will also save your blobs and there is no point in saving them twice.
