Today at Google’s event they released many new updates to their product line. In addition, they also announced the Chromecast, a little dongle that plugs into your tv and receives information from your TV or smartphone. The difference with this product is that it is extremely streamlined, has one basic function which is like the equivalent of Apple’s airplay, and will only cost $35 granted you are able to purchase it any time soon due to its availability. In the past Google has been quite unsuccessful with it’s products that work with the TV market, but this could be a game changer. It looks like something off of Kickstarter with its design and form factor.
