iPhone 5S leak reveals fingerprint scanner, 2 GB RAM, and 12 MP camera

Today we have a brand new leak of parts and specs for the next generation of iPhone, with an unverified source posting production shots of the iPhone 5S. The supposed pictures of the device show the back panel, which looks fairly similar to the current iPhone 5 back panel, with its aluminum backing. Accompanying these photos were the specs of the device, along with several new features that the next generation iPhone will supposedly feature.
The most exciting of these features is the fingerprint scanner that has been rumored widely. Apple will reportedly be using this device to authorize payments via NFC, allowing quick payments in a checkout line. Furthermore, the next iPhone will feature an IGZO display, which allows for less power consumption and crisper images.
The updated specs are quite impressive as well, with this new device supposedly having 2 GB of RAM, twice the current amount. The camera on the 5S will be 12 megapixels, which will greatly improve iPhone camera image quality. Given that all of these have been heavily rumored before, there is no compelling reason to reject this leak as false.
Stay tuned for when Apple announces this new device, we will be providing full coverage right here on JailbreakNation
