Pangu.

Yesterday, everyone was surprised by the release of a jailbreak for iOS 7.1.1, called Pangu. You can find our tutorial for that jailbreak here. Now, we have some more good news. It appears that the jailbreak tool has been modified by Twitter user @blackgeektuto, better known as BlackGeek, so that it can operate on iOS 8.

Although it is extremely likely that Apple will fix the exploit for the final release of iOS 8, this will greatly improve the iOS 8 jailbreak experience. This updated version could provide developers with a chance to test their tweaks and apps on iOS 8 before a public release happens, so there will be less instability when an iOS 8 jailbreak finally arrives. Stay tuned for more info on this new jailbreak.
