Step 1: Head over to http://earlyios.com and register your UDID.
Step 2: Download the corresponding iOS 8 beta firmware for your device from http://jbtech17.com/ios-firmware/
Step 3: Head into iTunes and click restore while holding the control key (Mac)/Shift key (Windows)
